46 | Tired of Setting the Same Goal Without Success? You Need a C.A.P.T.I.V.A.T.E Goal!

Hey Friend!

It's already a little over a week into January (which just feels crazy), and I have to ask: How are your goals going? The ones that you set out to do this year -- are you rocking them? Are you making it happen? Or maybe there are some things that you started out on the first few days that you've already kind of abandoned.

That happens sometimes.

Or you could be that like me, you haven't even started yet!

I just want you to know that no matter which one of those you are, it's okay. Sometimes things don't go exactly as we planned, and it's all right. It doesn't.  all is lost. It just means we've taken a little bit of a detour.

You've probably heard of SMART goals before -- and don't worry if you haven't, I will briefly go over it in this episode. However, I think SMART goals fall a little bit short. Your goal needs to not just be smart, but CAPTIVATE you. In this episode I'm sharing three steps to create a CAPTIVATE goal.
